‘Review bid in guise of clarification’: SC registrar junks govt plea on 2G

The registrar of the Supreme Court has declined to accept the application submitted by the Union government, which sought clarification on the 2012 judgment in the 2G spectrum case regarding the allowance of administrative allocation of spectrum in certain special cases. Registrar of judicial listing Pavanesh D refused to accept Centre’s miscellaneous application.
