Two residential projects proposed for economically distressed U.S. Census Bureau tracts are in line to receive tax breaks and other incentives from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency. NCIDA directors, by a  7-1 count, approved $94,280 in property and sales tax breaks for LMR Real Property Holdings LLC.
