EPA consulting White House over court ruling on small refinery exemption program: source

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is holding discussions with the White House on how to respond to a U.S. appeals court decision saying it must reconsider three waivers it gave to oil refineries exempting them from biofuel blending laws, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.
