Supreme Court: Can't pass order on EVMs on suspicion of manipulation

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court indicated its reluctance to issue any directives solely based on suspicions of hacking and manipulation concerning electronic voting machines (EVMs). However, it affirmed its commitment to taking necessary measures for enhancement should the need arise.
