As of this morning, no a tippecanoe county man will spend no time behind bars for his role in drowning a cat.
Walter baldwin pleaded guilty to all counts tuesday morning.

News 18 first reported in november of 20-18 about this video that was posted to social media.
The person filming is a 17-year-old boy.
Baldwin is in the vehicle shown in the video.
The two trapped this cat from the mobile home park baldwin owns.
They then drove it to a nearby pond.
In the video, the boy asks baldwin, "are you ready?"
Baldwin replies, "go for it."
That's when the boy kicked the cage into the water and let the cat drown.
Baldwin was sentenced on three felony charges.
The 70-year-old is sentenced to six months in community corrections.
Plus one and a half years of suspended supervised probation.
He also owes a 25- hundred dollar fine.
