A driver from Wigan, Greater Manchester gave a tour of the flood-hit town after Storm Ciara brought heavy rain and winds to much of the country on February 9.
Dashcam footage shows how the storm affected everyday life in numerous ways.
The filmer explained: "The main road into Wigan is flooded in several places, completely blocking traffic from passing safely.
"This is the footage my dash camera caught whilst driving a short journey, we failed to complete due to the roundabout being completely flooded.
"Any pedestrians venturing out were put at risk from the passing cars going too fast through the dirty floodwaters."
