After a viral video shows an aggressive manager at a Rome liquor store, he and his father's guns were seized on the red flag law.

A special provision under new york state's red flag law, rome police have taken more than 80 guns from a rome home.

Police took the guns after they saw and heard a video of the gun owner making threats toward an employee in the liquor store he manages and his father owns.

The video is graphic and clear, and it cost the man in it his guns and his gun license....for now.
